I am a fantasy novel reader first and a writer second. Somewhere between devouring every story I could find and falling in love with worlds that felt more real than my own, I decided to build one. The leap from reading to writing was the natural consequence of loving stories too much to stay on the sidelines.

I write, design, and publish entirely on my own. Self-published by choice, because for me, total creative control is the point. I obsess over every line, polishing and editing every single word to ensure the final story matches the depth of the world in my head.

Romy Stanhope is a pen name. I value my privacy and prefer to let the stories speak for themselves.
